Select text not working in Adaptive UI #331

1. download and unzip FlexPaper_2.0.3_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
2. deploy on a web server like Apache 2.0
3. open index.html
4. click on "Select Text" tool

The tool is not selected. The "drag" tool is always selected. 

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.0.3_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Browser: Chromium 20

I checked the JavaScript code and I saw that the "onCursorModeChanged" event is 
never risen when clicking on select or drag cursors, but only when clicking on 
annotations tools.

Fixed in our latest build - let us know if you want this now and we'll send you 
our latest snapshot build. The final version will be available around the 21st 
of Dec
