Two page view doesn't fit page width #348

1. Set FlexPaper container size to 600x500
2. Open Adaptive UI interface, flash version
3. Switch to two page view 

FlexPaper fits only the page height, hence the container width is not big 
enough to contain both the page and the second page is cropped. 

Suggestion: Two page view should fit both page height and twice the page width. 

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.0.6_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Browser: Chromium 20

This still persists in new pre-release:
FlexPaper_2.1.1-rc3_c_Annotations_1.0.42-rc2_Customizable_UI

We can not reproduce this in our local environment when verifying this build. 
Did you update all your scripts and files prior to testing this or just 
FlexPaperViewer.swf? The error you are seeing suggests that some files may not 
have been udpated

I downloaded the zip file 
FlexPaper_2.1.0_c_Annotations_1.0.40_Customizable_UI-rc2.zip you sent us via 
Dropbox, and extracted it on a webserver without modifying it. 

I only modified the width of the container to 600px in index.html.

Did you missed this step?

I just tried it on Windows XP and the bug is still there. 

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.1.0_c_Annotations_1.0.40_Customizable_UI-rc2
OS: Windows XP
Browser: Chrome 25

where can I find the latest annotations release to download? The latest 
annotations version I have in my account is FlexPaper_2.0.3_c_Annotations_1.0.20
