Error with fullscreen IE #368

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.click on the fullscreenButton
2. with IE 6 to 9
3.

I open my document with flexPaper with IE and when I click on the fullscreen 
button, if fullScreenAsMaxWindow is true the page is reloaded and my URL goes 
from FlexPaper.html to *FlexPaper.swf (the source of the document is hidden) 
and I have a license key error. (with trace log we see the method 
detectExecutingURL return NULL)
when fullScreenAsMaxWindow is false nothing happens (my document disappears) 
when i click on fullScreen button.

it works fine with firefox

I am using FlexPaper 1.5.8 flex version

Please upgrade to a later version of FlexPaper, this has been fixed in our 
newer releases
