Share any successful settings that is profitable ?

I have been trying few settings myself with LTCBTC. Setting profits above 0.5 rarely does any transaction profits from 0.3 to 0.5 with increasing /decreasing both set to 0 results in higher transaction but with transaction charges included the net profit seems less. Any suggestions with pair of coins for trading ? I always look for highest trade volume in coinmarketcap to choose two coins, but that wont necessarily be the best combination
