When I try to share on Facebook, he only sends me the image to facebbok, he does not publish any of the texts, with Instagram the same thing happens to me

It is a known limitation that is documented in the FAQ: https://github.com/yasirkula/UnityNativeShare#faq. You need to use Facebook SDK to share an image with text on Facebook.
