Replaced the BSD Clause picker with one from assetstore https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/gui/flexible-color-picker-150497 also made the reference picker and color picker more flat so it more fits with the design

Thank you for this nice PR but I'd prefer sticking with the current color picker asset. Removing the BSD-3 dependency can indeed be useful for some people and I hope they find your fork useful.
