Do not create quick link if target is empty #2

using this in my own game and this is one of the tweaks I found useful enough for everyone

it may be a good idea to add a toggle for this feature, though

Thank you for pointing out this potential issue. I will also be adding the code to prevent duplicate quick link entries, so I won't be pulling the request; but again, thanks =)
