Added the possibility to have a default output path #103

Hi,

I've added the possibility to have a default output path using the environment variables so the user doesn't have to go to the specific folder every time he wants to download something. I've updated the Readme too.

Hello I can't see the default ouput path in the readme, am I wrongly looking? EDIT: I have just realized this is still open...
