Reduce to remotely-accessed script #1

The script and its images could live on a central server, preferably
code.google.com. That way,
users won't need to download the images to their server.

The entire include could be reduced to something like this:

<!--[if lte IE 6]><script src="http://ie6-upgrade-
warning.googlecode.com/files/js/ie6/warning.js"></script><![endif]-->

Add the svn:mime-type property on warning.js in the SVN repo and then users can
use that.

http://ie6countdown.com/join-us.html ), which of course doesn't promote any
other choice than an up-to-date IE...
