Settings: enable/disable pupup on every https site

Popup appears for every HTTPS site or only for those 
where SSL without client certificate fails.
In some cases Client Certificates are optional on web server.

Most recent update eliminated my ability to unpack certificate file on browser 
open...please change certificate settings back

Hi. It is very good app. It helps me with a work. I have started with v1.0.1.13 
 it works good. After update to 1.0.2.20 which were 2 or 3 days ago got a 
problem with some sites. I have found that problem is in popup for certificate. 
Some sites are splashing this popup and some not. It will be very good if you 
will add a checkbox in options where we can change always popup for cert or 
only when needed.
I will be very glad if you could send me sanrob v1.0.1.13 for android 2.2 and 
2.3.3 because i cant find them anywhere.
