add 'quit' menu #7

Many thanks for this browser using client certificate.
It works fine on galaxy tab with pfx client certificate since issue #6 was 
fixed !
I use version #0.9.4 on android 2.2.

Is it possible to add a "quit" menu like firefox near 'bookrmarks', 'new 
window' and 'refresh' menus ?

It is not the "android way" to just exit/kill application.
So i will implement that 
- all browser windows/tabs are closed
- remove all session cookies, which are cookies without expiration date
- ssl context invalidated so when you activate any https link you will be asked 
for 
  certfile/password again
- create window/tab with home page

added in 2.2 version -> new version on market 0.9.5.7
I will soon put the same feature also for cm233 and stock233
