Step One:
Once the user has launched the system, the information system will display the login screen. This screen consists of a welcome message as well as input fields for the employees login details. It also displays an option for users who are not yet registered. As the user is not yet completely onboarded as a relationship manager, they will click the 'new employee' option.
Step Two:
From here, the information system will show the employee initialisation form. The questionnaire asks employees specific questions about their travel history, their language speaking abilities and other questions that will help the information system match them to customers. It also asks personal information such as their full name and contact details. The user must fill out all fields in order to move to the next screen. The user fills out the form and will press the submit button which will become illuminated and clickable upon completion of the form.
Step Three:
The information system indicates to the user that the form has been submitted. It displays messaging evidencing the successful submission. This page indicates that the information the user provided has been successfully sent and stored in the systems database. The user is not required to do anything else and can close the window/application at this point.
Step Four:
The information system will then automatically generate a profile for the Relationship Manager using the information the user provided, this includes the creation of an employee number. Each profile will detail the employees name, employee number, competencies, customer satisfaction rating and sales history.
