Resources.resx not being included in projets after code generation #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set the CustomCodeFolderName, generate code
2. Add Resources.resx to that CustomCodeFolderName 
3. Regenerate the code.
4. The Resources.resx is not present in CustomCodeFolderName, only the
Resources.Designer.cs is present in the project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output : Resources.resx should be present
Instead: Only Resources.Designer.cs was present

What version of .netTiers and CodeSmith are you using?
CodeSmith : 5.0.4 revision 6219
.netTiers : 2.3.0.73
