using provider's find with Column Enum Members generated by .netTIers #221

-- Not a defect so much, i couldn't see where i say it's an enhancement

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When using the built-in find method of providers, the Parameters are 
required to be with the DB-Server names.
i would've wanted to be able to send a collection of parameters, where each 
only has the column enum value from the entity and the value for the 
parameter. as for "AND" or "OR", either have a default (only "AND" or only 
"OR"). it think there is room for improvement in this method.

What version of .netTiers and CodeSmith are you using?
.netTiers 2.3 and CodeSmith 5.5
