Solution generated with useWebAppProject & GenerateWebsiteAdmin is not correct

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate a solution with useWebAppProject & GenerateWebsiteAdmin set to true

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* Use the attached settings and generate a solution. Open it and it does not 
include the various folders like Admin and App_Theme and Masterpages. And the 
designer files are not generated.
* The refernce for MyApp.Data.SqlClient is not added in website project.

What version of .netTiers and CodeSmith are you using?
.netTiers v2.3.0.863

Please provide any additional information below.

Hello,

This occurs when UseWebAppProject is set to true. Please set this to false and 
after the sample website is generated right click on the project and select 
convert to web application.
