Generate Enum #390

It appears that it isn't possible to generate an enum based on a table without 
that table also be selected within SourceTables too.

I found this by accident whilst wanting an enum generated but none of the 
service layer stuff to support it.

So to clarify...  To generate an enum, the table must appear in EnumTables and 
SourceTables.

Sounds like a bug to me.  Thoughts?

Hello,

Can you verify this with the latest nightly build as well as a different "enum" 
table. What kind of columns does this enum table have? Are you generating 
against SQL Server?
