Can not serialize entity, causes stack overflow #421

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. generate entity
2. try serialize to json
3. stack overflow exception

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should successfully serialize into json string

What version of .netTiers and CodeSmith are you using?
2.3.1
