Issue with manual or automatic scan DVB-T services (Spark7162) #116

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Version E2 test: 
OpenAR-P_OE2.0_211_alien2_epl3-git-20-01-14_v2013-03-31-540-gb01d455 
2.Scan broadcast service on DVB-T tuner (Both Automatic or Manual scan)
3.Both scan procedures on Spark 7162 receiver (AMIKO ALIEN 2+) don't find all 
receivable channels services!

The research on digital terrestrial channels finds services broadcast only at 
the first mux checked, the channels found are stored, but the manual or 
automatic search on other frequency/channel does not produce other results.

From the characteristic of the problem, seems as if the (frontends) DVB-T tuner 
module remains set with the last I2C commands received! A similar problem 
occurred in the last year 2013, but it has been resolved by a commit fix 
(master git) of the hardware vendor ... or there is a error (I2c ACK) on set 
delay time on the frontends commands!
