Plz add a option for telegram bot notification

I am not sure ,but i think you can use following content in config.py file

Telegram

telegram: true telegram_apikey: 119489xxxx-:AAF4OV9cdCEzq3tQ3aMtVyzHaRV3a1M7Ow4 telegram_chat_id: 36808xxxx

Sorry 😐 , it is not solution .. you must add telegram post link to the main script
