Traditional Chinese can't display. #77

Hello: I can't displayed Traditional Chinese translate. I think this is a bug. Please fix it.

If fix done, I can help optimization Traditional Chinese translate.

Maybe is zh-tw, not zh(I think, need check Numbering)
