Problem

Adapt the repository manager and the package manager to be able to run in a management container

Solution

Just use Installation.destdir when initializing libzypp
In a management container it is set to /mnt
In a normal running system is set to /

Tested manually

Coverage increased (+0.005%) to 36.843% when pulling e85fbfe90ae3b76ce8735fc697f2cbbde892600f on run_in_container into 39376d624763fcf2a279a5bea81d3f89d53221c2 on master.
