Stanislav Brabec reported this repository has COPYING or LICENSE file, although GPL 2 was mentioned in the header of the source code files. See https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1161470

This pull request fixes the issue and also includes the license in the RPM package, as other YaST packages do.
