Fix duplicate PV error detection with disabled multipath #1251

Problem

The installer has lost a specific error message when the same LVM Physical Volume is found in several devices, which might means there are multipath devices in the system but multipath support is disabled

Coverage remained the same at 97.721% when pulling 154c347cf0ed6165770506217e97ab87eee867e8 on fix-duplicate-pv-error-detection-sp4 into 21ffae28c48cba83562c55fe5741ecfa28c21d02 on master.

Please, rollback the version bump until we have the LUKS2 support a little bit more polished (maybe even today)
