This is a proof of concept for using the GitHub actions as the CI
Let's see how it compares with Travis

Coverage remained the same at 31.743% when pulling 9f032ab3e5c487864c42b375fa41a413c8e3f49c on github_actions into 9a5bd4e5be61c02da0a25b6b6bda32a18702a604 on master.
