Revert CWM::ComboBox value= hook introduced in #1044 #1117

It revert most of the changes introduced in #1044 as it produces some inconsistencies when the Widget Items has change resetting the list to the original value.

That PR was created but then was not merged until September, so, was not needed at all for https://github.com/yast/yast-autoinstallation/pull/613. Thus, it should be safe enough to revert it.

Coverage increased (+8.06%) to 40.494% when pulling 1f9404a76b7efcb3ff28a3ad83a8c12546692c49 on revert_combobox_value= into 0b9bc689ca4943939a509bfe9e69bd2db84cbeaa on master.
