Add photos to waypoints and upload to picasa / G+ #17

We should be able to easily use a mytracks track for easily uploading
georeferenced photos taken during the track. This could be just picasa or
also panoramio.

I actually have this mostly completed in a patch.  If anyone has time to work 
on this 
please contact me.  I can give you most of what you need to make this work.

I have attached a patch file that has almost all of the code you need.  It will 
take some work to integrate it but it is almost all there.  The final issue was 
that it would run out of memory on the upload.  That should be fixable.  There 
was also a fair bit of refactoring that I put into this change that was not 
required.  I just got annoyed with the way we were doing authentication.

Let me know if you have any questions about the code.  It would be great if you 
can finish this as it is one of the most frequently requested features.

Hi, I am trying to integrate your patch in the latest version of My Tracks but 
I am not able to found the following classes:
import com.google.wireless.gdata.picasa.client.PicasaClient;
import com.google.wireless.gdata.picasa.data.PhotoEntry;
import com.google.wireless.gdata.picasa.parser.PicasaGDataParserFactory;

Do you know where I can get them?

Not sure what you mean by review.  There is some code I wrote a long time ago 
which is not compatible with our current code base.  I also has an OOM error in 
the current version.

I want to change the picasa uploader to return the url of the photo uploaded, 
but I have not dug through their code to make the change.  Also that might not 
get integrated until the next platform release.

Hello everyone. Any progress update on this enhancement? Is it being targeted 
for an upcoming release? Adding photos to the waypoints afterwards is tedious.

Storing photos - and with the common transmission to google maps - would be a
