Don't make voice announcements during a call

Currently My Tracks will announce the stats every n minutes no matter what.
 If you happen to be on the phone when that time strikes it can be quite
annoying.  My Tracks should check the phone state and either not announce
or wait to announce if the user is on the phone.

+1 for me on this one.  I often use long runs to catch up with family over the 
phone.  
When announcements are on, I have to tell them to "hold on a minute" and "OK.
