"BurmeseNumerals" option doesn't exist in the current config. #169

WaitZar used to allow overriding of "typeBurmeseNumerals". Currently, it does 
not. 

We should put this option into "RomanInputMethod" and add it to the config file.

We'll need to test it for WaitZar and Burglish.
