If possible, add a way to search either app (.desktop files) or the rest of file types #77

I love the idea of a single application to launch apps AND search for files in a easy and quick way, many thanks for that! But... I found out that you can't really search for just .desktop files- despite the fact that we get a list of .desktop files on the start screen, that can be used to launch apps, there's no way to "search" for an app- when we begin typing, Drill begins to search for files... Ideally it could have 2 tabs (one for .desktop files, other one for "regular" files), or a couple of buttons (Search Apps/Serch files)...

I think showing both the .desktop file AND its App executable double click mode is a good idea
