Updates user agents #100

Removes the old user agents and adds some newer user agents based on @danielpclark's suggestions in one of the issues threads.

I went to the following link supplied by @danielpclark in Issue #70 http://ua.theafh.net/ and added the user agents that were desktop agents.

Failure reason: mime-types-data-3.2016.0521 requires ruby version >= 2.0, which is incompatible

I was hoping this would help me with the 999 issue after using a few different proxy services from my localhost, but it did not make a difference.
