Google translator not translating web pages #352

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In chrome 17/firefox 3.6.3/IE9 launch any non-english webpage ex: 
http://ecos.bok.or.kr
2.right click and select translate, it says translated. but it will not. 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It has to translate to ENG language

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

17, OS is  windows server 2008 R2 SP1
Please provide any additional information below.
