CustomItem's "traverse" method is not working #80

Hi,

I am testing the microemulator version 3.0.0 with one of the default widgets of 
the Sun Wireless Toolkit, the UIDemo MIDlet suite, and specifically the 
CustomItem demo MIDlet, and I found the "traverse" method of the CustomItem is 
never called.

That MIDlet draws a table of 5 rows with 3 columns, and when it is focused, you 
should be able to navigate inside of the table until the cursor goes out of the 
bounds to go to the next item.

Vertical traversing should be fixed now. Please verify.
