What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clean up the local maven repository
2. Compile generic microemu
3. Compile microemu for Android

What is the expected output? 
BUILD SUCCESS
What do you see instead?
Reason: POM 'org.jvending.masa.plugins:maven-dx-plugin' not found in repository:
 Unable to download the artifact from any repository

  org.jvending.masa.plugins:maven-dx-plugin:pom:1.1-SNAPSHOT

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.0-96, latest downloaded from microemu's SVN repository.

Please provide any additional information below.
The 1.2-SNAPSHOT is being offered instead.
