[tvOS] Frame Rate Matching #144

On tvOS, video playback should support frame rate matching, i.e. signal to the display what the content's frame rate is, so that the display can switch to a different refresh rate. Right now, this doesn't seem to take place.

And on a side note, I noticed that when playing 4K 30fps videos, the playback control overlay reports 2160p 60fps instead, even when I set the preferred resolution to 4K instead of 4K 60fps.

Any update on this feature request? Very annoying to manually have to change the ATV's frame rate to match just to avoid stuttering.

I would also appreciate this feature.

Modern 120hz TVs do a decent job at doing reverse pulldown, but they're not perfect, and there's still some frame skipping/stutter.

I would prefer the 2 seconds of black screen before and after every video to have the exact frame rate (24p, 25p, 30p, 50p, and 60p) sent to the TV.
