Fix some small issues #6

This PR fixes the following issues found from a quick test of the app:

Now Playing and Up Next text properly centered on Android <5
Make the snackbar persistence opt-in instead of opt-out
No longer use a particular relay for the r/a/dio stream. Let the load balancer handle it.
Make the "Up" button on the preferences toolbar act as a back button instead of having it take you to the main activity every time.
Hide the android keyboard upon searching or pressing the random fave button in the requests/favourites views.

Also updates the gitignore with the base Android from the big github repo full of them, and merges/fixes some entries.

I'll review it and merge it most probably this evening or tomorrow. Do you have any good idea of what MP3 file we could put as fallback alarm sound? Could be a generic beep, an eyecatch from any anime, or something like that.
