This one seems hard to reproduce. I was in the following loop until I got it to fail.
GET image
Go to Settings and toggle Manual Range
Go to Camera and GET image
Go to Settings and toggle Manual Range
Repeat
When it starts failing you'll see the image doesn't update after a GET. However the next time you click GET the image is immediately updated (from the previous GET's image).
