Export Android Library files to Windows PC for Graph analysis #32

I have recorded some streams to the local library of my Android phone. I would like to open them in the Windows Desktop App (latest Version 3.2) for detailed analysis. I found the movies and pictures in /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.danjuliodesigns.tcamViewer/files/Pictures/05_31_2024. But when I copy them to my Windows machine, the tcam Desktop Application can't open them (Can not open 16_31_46.tjsn.) It does not matter if its an image or a movie. Next, I tried the "export raw" function from the Android App, but I can't open those files either. "Export raw" will always create a file with only 51kb (like an image), even if I try to export a video. Finally I tried the "export" function from ther Android App, it saves a stream in .mp4 format but I was not able to find it on my Android phone (it doesn't ask for a folder like the "export raw" function).

I tried the other way around, when I record a stream on the Windowes Desktop App and copy that file to my Android phone library, the tcam Android app can preview it in the library but can't play the video stream created by the Windows Desktop Application.

Is the codec used to create the files different in the Windows Desktop APP vs. the Android App ?

Is there any possibility at all to record a image or video with the Android App and the open it with the Windows Desktop App for Graph analysis ?

Do I need to install an additional codec on the Windows machine ?

I will take a look at this issue, what version of Windows are you using?

16_31_46S10Raw.zip 17_02_26ImageS10.zip

Found those in the download folder of my phone, they have been created with the Android App via Export Raw function.
