Version 0.25 2nd release streaming issues #9

Streaming is very jerky and unrelated to Lepton FFCs (in other words, not an issue stemming from the FFC).

In addition, streaming stopped entirely when I touched the display to move the spotmeter. Interestingly the spotmeter does move but the app no longer processes images.
