Davie2000 osd2web optional patch #15

Hi Alexander, I tried my best and think (not tested!) this could work. What do you think?

Thank you, I did some cleanup and I think it's better to enable osd2web by default so it won't break the known behaviour (https://github.com/yavdr/yavdr-ansible/blob/bionic/yavdr07.yml#L26).
