Make it easier to configure remotely one (or more) YAVDR host #24

add a remote-yavdr.sh script to configure a remote YAVDR host
adapt the inventory and group_vars to make it possible
add an apt update/upgrade task to replace the local install-packages.sh

It makes it easier to develop as I have already most dependencies (ansible, SSH key, ...) on my laptop and don't want them on my YAVDR host. It also helps to reproduce a working setup on a new VDR host.

Any news? I've placed 3 PRs and didn't get any feedback since August. I understand if somebody is busy but I am wondering if I'm riding a dead horse... Thanks!

Unfortunately I had very little time for yaVDR in the last months. I hope I will be able to go through your proposed changes within the next weeks.
