Add support for hwclock setting in yavdr-common #27

Add variable timezone_hw to yavdr-common and uses to set the RTC and save/restore the time when going in stand-by. As a workaround for https://www.vdr-portal.de/forum/index.php?thread/134843-vdr-gibt-weder-ton-noch-bild-nach-start/

Again, based on previous PR #25 hence only draft mode until it is merged.
