Add a "preInsert" hook in the Solr module to catch inserted jobs with the status set to "active" #10

Adding jobs with the SimpleImport Module are not added automatically into Solr (if Solr module is used).

As @TiSiE has mentioned in https://github.com/yawik/SimpleImport/issues/3 the Solr module needs a "preinsert" hook
