Custom Form persistance #252

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run a model with 2 differents task using the same customForm
2. complete the First task
3. the second task is edit but do not check

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The second Custom form do not complete the task and never Check-in

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

YAWL 2.0 and FF3

Please provide any additional information below.

I tried with the CustomForm linked. the first time it check out properly
but the second one time you use it it will only refresh itself when
submitting. 
I also tried with the digitalSignature "Signature.jsp" CustomForm and then
it will call the second jsp "Upload.jsp". It use a differently so it will
made it back to the YAWL workitemlist but without the task's data updated.

Note: Both CustomForm are in the same "/digitalSignature" service so a
little update have to be done on the Web.xml for the first jsp
