Upgrade the smack library and methods to use smack 4.1.

I'm renaming the issue to "smack 4.2" to follow the most recent release.

In related news: now that the MUC mess is cleaned up, smack4 is almost at the top of the general yaxim agenda.

The current development branch is using Smack 4.3.5 (but probably won't switch to 4.4 because it requires Android 4.4).

Available as APK and also on Google Play Beta.
