Re-implement notifications based on SQLite #237

Currently, notifications are only created for "fresh" incoming messages, not for unread messages from before yaxim was started.

This has some issues:

Message corrections are not properly notified (message is duplicated)
Media uploads don't allow a preview
A stream of incoming messages causes many sounds (#186)
After yaxim is restarted, old notifications stop working ("mark as read")
