Fix GPLv3 notification in other places where GPLv2 is mentioned #278

Since LICENSE.txt contains the text of GPLv3, while as in other places where GPLv2 is mentioned (example: README.md), it has not been fixed.

Thanks for noticing it. Changing the README is the easy part, I've merged that into ead71a2d4df48eb9626a80b37090389a7bd2061e.

The i18n stuff is harder. Your diff is actually also changing all the whitespace, which is unfortunate. But the main problem is that the strings are kept on Launchpad, who have a rather weird interface and don't allow easy single-letter changes. To fix it, I'd have to download, change, and re-upload all the language .po files on Launchpad, unfortunately :(
