Implements #13

Two questions... I used Alt+- as shortcut, don't know if it's the best choice. Then I refactored the commentLine function to extract the liftIO part to the caller function, hope it's ok (maybe this approach could be adopted in all the other "key command" functions.

What do you think @yaxu ?

Also extracted a Code module, to shrink Edit.
