Not sure how to auto-generate the html version of the dictionary, so that is not included in the pull request.

Dear James, Thanks for the fixes. I have committed the removal of the spurious leading blanks and made a properly commented cif_img_1.8.1.html and cif_img_1.8.1.dic with what I hope is now the complete set of fixes. Please review and let me know if you would now be comfortable with a merge of this pull request, and if so, I will accept it. Regards, Herberg
