Desktop JS player broken #45

As of today the desktop yt js player appears broken on Qt5 WebEngineView. The mobile player still works apparently reliably

This seems currently solvable by building yayc with Qt 5.15.3 or greater. the windows release needs to be updated. Note: tQtC online installer 5.15 version seems to stop at 5.15.2

still working on trying to get a proper qt 5.15.3+ dynamic build for windows

Currently the only working release available seems to be the one from vcpkg. However, a windeployqt issue from that build makes it currently not possible to produce a portable release of yayc
