It seems you are finding some balance. I think, sometimes, change is kind of just like this. They add a few things and we kick against it a bit, but than it turns out it actually works better even if it does add more work. We just got to keep trusting in ourselves and in those who lead us.

Yeah, i'm really bad at that sometimes 😅 i just like things a certain way and i get used to it and don't like to change, but then it doesn't take all that long for me to get used to doing things another way 😅

I can get feeling comfortable with something than uncomfortable when it changes on you, but you're probably much better at adapting than you know, or realize.
